Travelogue - Gua Tempurung, Ipoh.

♥ Super overdue post! Manage to visit Gua Tempurung with the parents somewhere in 2012 . But I remembered it was a sudden plan . Dad decided to drive down to Ipoh to visit his friend and decided to drop by this cave . If you ask me how do I feel, I would say it was the scariest experience . My phobia of heights is actually quite serious and Gua Tempurung is definitely a breakthrough to me . Even the stairs seem scary to me already ._____.

♥ Description

♥ My hands were shaking when I was taking this . It was very high up and god, I was so afraid I would die there .___.

♥ After some crazy experience inside the cave, Dad decided to calm me down by fulfilling my request to visit Lou Wong Nga Choi Kai .

♥ Their signature 'nga choi' !

♥ Fishballs x meatballs soup .

♥ Chicken feet .

♥ Koay teow .

♥ And finally, the infamous chicken!

♥ Free treat from the boss as he's Dad's friend and he's like Dad's bestfriend . Every Ipoh trip wouldn't be complete without visiting him :) We just never miss out eating at his place every time we're at Ipoh . Lol ! Even the staffs recognize us, although we don't visit very often . Very 'kua jiong' right? LOL!

♥ Till then, xx

Travelogue - Bukit Tinggi - Japanese Garden

I'm finally blogging on my Bukit Tinggi trip that happened last August. Went up to the Japanese Garden. Erm, before reaching the top, you actually have to walk quite a distance. So to those who're planning to visit the Japanese Garden, be sure that you're wearing sport shoes or sneakers. No flats or heels plss. Your feet will be majorly damage if you're walking up with heels or flats! ;)

''Step through a rustic gateway and a winding Japanese footpath leads you through a beautiful garden to a waterfall, over a bridge spanning a koi pond and up to a Japanese tea house. Every detail you see captures the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship at its most authentic. Located 3,500 feet above the sea, the Japanese village is the first of its kind outside Japan. The garden was planned and designed by renowned Japanese architect, Mr. Kaio Ariizumi and built by a team of 22 skilled craftsmen from Japan.'' - Source

The pathway to heaven. LOL!

Sign board.

Souvenir shop.

Very common koi fish flags, erm they're kites actually.

Here, you get to wear Japan's traditional suit, the kimono. It's really pretty, but the price to wear it for a photograph is even prettier :p

Japanese Tea House & Garden.

The tea house.

The Tatami Spa entrance.

Unfortunately, it was closed when we were there, so no chance to try it out! Perhaps you guys can go try it and tell me bout it! ;)

Ryo Zan Tei Japanese Restaurant.

I snapped the menu for you guys, so you can actually know the prices before entering. :D

Fav shot #3

Why does everything seems to be prettier at night? Lol.

When the dark night rises. HAHA

That's the end of my adventure at the French themed village.

Stepping into the French themed village is like living in the fairytale, like a princess living in a France castle. It's really pretty in there. It's really breathtaking inside. I suddenly feel like a French when I was there. HAHA *sorry for the sarcasm*

But anyway, you guys should really go visit Bukit Tinggi once in a lifetime, tho I might not wanna go back. The journey is too long, plus the food in there is seriously not worth it, honestly. And I'm really sorry for the lack of updates. Yours truly is being really lazy recently. Plus, December is really busy, it doesn't seems like I'm on a school holiday. Hah!

So I'm ending this here. Till my next post, x
